A leading US private school specialising in educating “gifted and advanced” students is to build a branch in South Korea.
Fulton Science Academy in Alpharetta, Georgia, is setting up Fulton Science Academy Atherton in “English Education City” on Jeju Island, South Korea.
Fulton will join a number of international schools in the area, including the international outposts of North London Collegiate School, the Canadian school Branksome Hall and the US school St Johnsbury Academy.
Fulton Science Academy is expected to open in September 2026 in new “cutting edge facilities”.
A press release about the new school said: “It offers transformative education to a high population of advanced and gifted students from Pre-K through High School.”
