A pupil from Bromsgrove School has earned a coveted spot as one of the six new members of the England Women’s golf squad for the 2024 season.
Lili-Rose Hunt’s talent and recent triumph at the European Junior Champion Cup have propelled her into the prestigious position.
In a display of skill and determination, Lili-Rose secured victory at the cup with a stunning performance, finishing five under-par and an impressive 13 shots ahead of her closest competitors.
She was the sole participant in the women’s division to achieve a score under-par, showcasing her exceptional prowess on the golf course.
Her outstanding achievement in the European Junior Championship not only earned her the title but also caught the attention of selectors for the England Women’s golf squad.
