School Management Plus has strengthened its collaboration with Teachers Global, the provider of the School Talent application tracking system (ATS).
This strategic partnership allows schools to post job vacancies easily via the School Talent ATS to advertise alongside prominent names on School Management Plus’ widely- acclaimed education jobs platform, launched last summer.
Current School Management Plus clients will have the ability to access the School Talent platform.
Through this partnership, schools can expand their reach and connect with a broader pool of candidates. Applications are submitted directly through the School Talent platform providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional advertising subscriptions.
Steve Spriggs, managing director of School Management Plus said: “We are thrilled to be working with School Talent and helping their schools showcase their roles throughout the year.
“We are very excited about this partnership and as our audience and reach has grown by over 100 per cent since last year we are aiming to build on our role as a valued platform for voices in the sector within the coming years.”
Ewan Stark, the CEO of School Talent, commented: “This is an exciting development and one that will provide a strong and highly relevant job distribution channel for our School Talent clients.
“Our partnership with SMP will assist us with our key aims of helping schools; drive operational efficiencies, improve performance measurement and optimise recruitment spend.
“From our system schools can advertise to over 20+ media channels, including all UK leading job boards, with one click. By partnering with the School Management Plus job platform we have added to our distribution channels access to a vibrant and rapidly growing education-specific audience.
“The School Talent ATS simplifies the recruitment and job distribution process, saves time, and resources, and creates a central hub for managing all applications in one place, with interviews and onboarding options.
“Through this strategic partnership, schools gain the opportunity to access the leading recruitment software for schools whilst expanding the reach of their job vacancies by connecting with the right audience.
“It’s a win-win situation for both educators and schools!”
