Haileybury Astana, located in the capital city, Astana, is the second Haileybury school in Kazakhstan. It has a growing roll that currently stands at 610 pupils from kindergarten to Year 13. The teaching medium is English with additional teaching of Kazakh language and history. Haileybury Astana has a significant profile within the country and further afield and has been visited by many national and international politicians and other significant personalities including the First President of Kazakhstan, Mr Nursultan Nazarbayev, various European royalty and individuals from the world of sport and the arts.

The successful applicant will be an outstanding and experienced primary practitioner who is committed to students achieving academic excellence within an exciting and challenging curriculum framework. Applicants should have the following qualities:
• Passion and energy working with students, parents and colleagues;
•  Ability to lead teaching and learning;
•  Excellent knowledge of EYFS curricula;
•  Working collaboratively to successfully deliver specific data management;
•  The desire and ability to engender the best in others;
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders
