Kam Chohan, who is the executive director of the Educational Collaborative for International Schools, believes that everybody has the right to a good education that brings out their strengths and helps them to thrive.
In this interview with Dr Helen Wright, Kam explains the vision and purpose of her organisation, which represents a network of 425 international schools in 80 countries.
She talks about her humble beginnings as the daughter of an Indian bus driver and how that inspired her to “to change the way the world learns”.
She now hopes international schools can play a key role in creating equal access to education, facilitated by the training and development ECIS provides.
