Irfan explains how the Black Lives Matter protests of last summer have put rocket boosters under existing efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in the independent sector, with the establishment of the ISC’s Inclusion and Diversity Group.
Some of its key aims include increasing representation of non-white people in school governance, improving training for staff and looking at how school policies should manifest themselves “on the ground.”
