We use third-party services: Google, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Campaign Monitor and Convertkit, to house our subscriber data.

We do not share or sell any subscriber data to third parties for their use unless specifically agreed by yourself in advance. An example of this is when we partner with a brand to host a webinar.

Please note that unsubscribing from one email will not unsubscribe you from any others that you may have signed up to. If you wish to unsubscribe from all email contact with us, please get in touch directly.

When someone visits our website, we use third party services and Google Analytics. We use these services to collect visitor behaviour patterns to see how our website is being used by you, the customer. In doing this, we hope to be able to identify areas where, if needed, we can improve the user experience. Any information that we collect will be processed in such a way that will not identify anyone.

Examples of this scenario are when you sign up to watch a webinar in which we have a partner. The partner will contact you to offer further information relating to the webinar. We endeavour to only use your personal information for the purposes mentioned above.

Your personal information will only be stored for as long as we deem necessary to fulfil the purpose that we have collected it for.

Going forward, if any changes are made to this privacy policy we will notify you by email if you are a subscriber. If you are not a subscriber, our most recent privacy policy will be available on our website.

If you wish to, you have the right at any time, to request a copy of the personal details we hold for you. This is known as a ‘Data Subject Access Request’.

You can also request that we remove or delete any data relating to you on our systems. If you wish to do this, please contact us directly.
