Past winners at the Tes Schools Awards have spoken about the experience.
Nicholas Hewlett, headmaster of St Dunstan’s College said: “It was absolutely fantastic to be awarded Independent Senior School of the Year last summer. The impact that it has had on the whole community – pupils, parents, staff, governors – has been so extraordinarily positive. I would encourage all schools who are considering engaging with the Tes Schools Awards to do so, because there’s nothing quite like having an external accolade to endorse and to celebrate all the hard work we’re undertaking.”
