After sharing the news of their research partnership in June, School Management Plus (SMP) and MTM Consulting have announced the launch of The UK Independent Schools Confidence Index 2022. It is an annual online survey designed to provide an on-going barometer of the leadership, marketing and finance elements of the UK independent schools sector.
The survey will explore how experiences over the past 18 months have informed the attitudes of the heads, bursars and marketers working to keep schools and other education organisations afloat.
Daniel Cohen, head of business development at MTM Consulting, said: “At MTM, we want to enable independent schools across the UK to be secure, successful and sustainable for many years to come. Understanding the challenges and opportunities for independent schools post-Covid is going to be essential moving forward.
“The aim of the Confidence Index is to bring the latest sector information and insights to school leaders and marketing and admissions professionals to make sure they’re well-equipped to make the right decisions for the future development and success of their schools.”
Of the collaboration with School Management Plus, Mr Cohen added: “It’s exciting to work with such a well renowned publication and use our collective experience to provide value back to the independent school sector.”
Steve Spriggs, managing director at School Management Plus, commented: “SMP are delighted to be working with MTM to provide the most up-to-date feedback on the UK independent school sector. The results from this research will be a must-read for anyone involved in education in the UK and around the world and will play a key role in informing the future of your school.”
If you’re a bursar, head or marketing and admissions lead at a UK independent school, you can participate in the survey before 25th February 2022 here: https://l.linklyhq.com/l/hYUN
